Specialty Sportswear has developed several series of Skatewear dresses. The first grouping is the Multi-Series, consisting of the 200, 400, 500, 1000, 1100 and 900 series. The bodice designs are the same, the difference between the series is the bodice inset lines for the skirts and the series skirt. When you order you will be asked to select series as well as a size. |
This series is our one-piece Unitards (unisex). They are really fun. We have added the “Dresstard” which is the bottom leg part of the unitard that has an inset line for bodices from the 200, 400, 500, 1000. Also, the Dresstard is available for the little skater under 4’ tall, the 900 series. Men and boys leotards can be converted to be used with the Dresstard as well. |
This is the start of our Cover-up Skatewear. There is an inset and a raglan sleeve jacket pattern. The pull-on pants are a great combo with the jacket. There are side seams that are easily used for zipper application. We will adding the very popular "Shrug" jacket in to very different styles. |
The 800 Series, is very popular. The Empire line inset to the bodice with a gore construction over skirt that gives a very flattering controlled fullness to the skirt. We added the very popular Tunic dress to this series, this dress skirt is an A-line skirt and falls more from the shoulder. Both the Angel and the Tunic have fully attached leotards under the skirts. This gives the same performance security as the bodice inset skirts. Also, there are special designs for the 200, 400 and 500 series. |
The 700 series is were you will find patterns for men and boys. We have started with a fitted pant pattern, a fitted leotard, and we have added leotards to match the dress bodices. If you need a matching leo for a dress and it is not listed, please ask and we will render it for you. The 703 Fitted Pant pattern is a great jazz pant pattern too. |
Use the size charts...or order a custom printed pattern to your measurements, and Specialty Sportswear will custom print your design.
The 900 series (in the Multi-Series)is the Kinder Series for little girls under 4' tall. For boys under 4' and other series for girls the size designation represented by the “K”. |
